本年度の研究成果は次の通りである。第1に、府県統計書と託児施設単位の情報が記された史料を用いて、施設供給関数を推定した。その結果、託児施設は農村内の共同体によるリスク・マネジメントとしての性格が強く、気象リスクの高い地域や所得水準の低い地域では、様々な団体や個人が共同で施設投資を行っていたことが明らかになった。さらに、これら施設投資は共同体の結びつきが強い地域ほど促進され、傾向スコア調整法を用いた差の差推定からは、託児所の開設が地域の反収量を僅かに増加させた可能性が示唆された。これら実証結果をまとめた論文は、査読付き学術誌に掲載された。第2に、戦間期日本における方面委員の適性と施設供給の関連を分析した論文が、査読付き学術誌に掲載された。これにより、方面委員の勤続が機会費用だけでなく、人的ネットワークや信頼、地域性に影響を受けていたこと、そして施設投資が委員契約におけるシグナルとなっていたことが示唆され、複数の社会事業が補完的に機能したことが明らかになった。第3に、戦間期日本における農家のマイクロデータを用いて、女性労働供給と児童労働の関連を分析した。推計された子どもの有業率は既存研究に比して高く、女子の有業率と労働負担は男子のそれよりも高いことがわかった。さらに、これら結果をふまえて条件付き労働供給関数を推定し、家計内資源配分における逐次性を分析した。これら実証結果は国内の研究会において報告し、査読付き学術誌へ投稿準備中である。

This year's research results are in full swing. In this regard, the committee members 'attendance and opportunity expenses are divided into three parts: the production of personnel, the communication of information, and the geographical impact. The investment in the committee members' contracts is also divided into three parts: the function of a number of social undertakings, and the function of a number of social undertakings. The third is the analysis of the relationship between the supply of women and children in Japan. The rate of employment for women is higher than that for men.
