项目摘要

近世フランスの国家形成を当時の人々の経験から照射しようとする本研究の目的は、イギリスの国家形成から政治的・宗教的に排除されフランスに移住したブリティッシュ・ディアスポラを事例に、外国人と国家の接点である帰化の実態を、外国人の主体的観点から明らかにすることである。平成24年度の研究実施計画は、(1)二次文献の収集・閲読の継続、(2)一次史料の収集・分析、(3)論文執筆とフランス人研究者との交流の三つを課題とした。(1)に関しては、主に近世フランスの外国人研究とイギリス人の文化的表象に関する読書を行った。前者ではSimona Cerutti, Etrangers, Etude d'une condition d'incertitude dans une societe d'Ancien Regime, Montrouge, 2012の読書を通して、近世の外国人概念が必ずしも地理的出自によるものではないこと、都市の市民権が近世的外国人の規定に重要な役割を果たしたこと、さらに外国人の受容において都市社会における統合を考察することの重要性が明らかになった。他方で18世紀フランスではイギリスは哲学者による国制の賞賛や「イギリス好きanglomanies」による服飾の模倣によって親英的雰囲気が醸成されたが、80年代に入るとアメリカ独立戦争や台頭する愛国主義の影響で反英的風潮に転じたことが確認され、こうした表象がブリテン諸島出身者のフランスでの帰化や定着に及ぼした影響を考慮することの重要性が明らかになった。(2)に関しては、2012年3月にフランスの外務省文書館で収集した外国人監視報告書の一部を統計的に分析し、当時の治安当局がイングランドとスコットランドとアイルランドを必ずしも厳密に区別しておらず、三地域の区別を明確に行う帰化状と対比すると、フランス人の側の関心に応じて、ブリテン諸島出身者の捉え方に違いが存在していたことが示唆された。最後に(3)に関しては、本研究のこれまでの成果を集成した論文を執筆し、学術雑誌に投稿して、査読の結果「条件付き掲載」という返答を得た。フランス人研究者との交流については、昨年度に引き続き、ジャン=フランソワ・デュボスト氏から研究上の助言をいただいている。

The purpose of this study is to eliminate the phenomenon of migration of foreigners from the state formation to the political and religious aspects, and to clarify the situation of foreigners from the state formation to the main body of foreigners. The research plan for the 24th year of Heisei includes three topics: (1) collection and review of secondary literature,(2) collection and analysis of primary historical materials, and (3) communication between researchers and thesis writers. (1)The study of foreigners in the modern world and the presentation of Chinese culture are related to the study of Chinese literature. The former is Simona Cerutti, Etrangers, Etude d'une condition d'inctitude dans une societe d'Ancien Regime, Montrouge, 2012. The book is open, the concept of foreigners in modern times must be included in the geographical origin, the urban citizens, the provisions of foreigners in modern times, and the important service. The importance of integration in the acceptance of foreigners in urban society is clear. In other words, in the 18th century, the philosopher praised the national system, praised the "good anglomanies", imitated the clothing, and became a pro-British culture. In the 1980s, the influence of patriotism on the anti-British trend was confirmed. The importance of this phenomenon is clear. (2)In March 2012, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Secretariat collected a statistical analysis of the Alien Surveillance Report, and the security authorities at that time made clear the differences between the three regions and the people's concerns. There is no such thing as an island without its inhabitants. Finally (3) the results of this research are integrated, the paper is written, the academic journal is submitted, the results of the investigation are "conditional payment" and the answer is obtained. The research team is very active in the research field.
