Regulation of cells function by light technology

利用无创方法调控细胞功能不仅是治疗和预防疾病的有效手段，也是基础生物医学研究的重要手段。本研究的目的是应用激光和光技术来调节细胞功能。在结果中，我发现激光（波长：405 nm）照射后细胞内活性氧增加，NF-κB和MAPK磷酸化。这些结果表明，激光是调节细胞功能的有效工具之一。

The regulations of cells function by using noninvasive methods are the effective tools not only for treatment and prevent diseases but also basic biomedical researches. The objective of this research is the application of laser and light technology for the regulation of cells function. In the results, I found that intracellular reactive oxygen species were increased after laser(wavelength : 405 nm) irradiation, following NF-κB and MAPK phosphorylation. These results suggest that the laser light is one of the effective tools for the regulation of cells function.
