Social Education and Academia-Industry Cooperation on domestic science in the Interwar Period

本研究考察了20世纪二三十年代家庭科学是如何表现的，以及女性教育者是如何参与到对女性的社会教育中来的。本研究以当时作为社会教育媒介的女性杂志和广播展览为研究对象，分别分析了《女厨-无-tomo》中厨房空间的表征和话语、广播烹饪节目的表征和话语、电力展览中技术和家庭电气化的表征和话语。

This study has examined how the domestic science was represented and how female educators were engaged in the social education for women in the 1920s and 1930s.This study has focused on women's magazines and radio broadcasts and expositions that served as the media for social education in those days, and has analyzed representations and discourses of kitchen spaces in "Syufu-no-tomo", of cooking programs on the radio, and of technology and domestic electrification on expositions on electricity respectively.
