政府绩效信息与公民对政府的感知研究项目试图探讨公共绩效管理系统中产生的绩效信息及其相互关系如何影响和改变公众对政府的感知。通过问卷调查收集到的实证证据证明，如果政府能够更好地设计以公民为导向的绩效管理体系，公众的感知会得到更好的改变。研究结果和见解将在国际学术界分享。

The research project on performance information and citizens perception toward government tried to investigate how the performance information produced from the public performance management system the relationships would affect and change the public perception toward government. Empirical evidence collected through survey proved that public perception would change better if the government carefully designed the performance management system more citizens oriented. The findings and insights will be shared in the international academic communities.
