Molecular mechanisms of spinal neuro-glial interaction involving neuropathic pain

为了研究神经病理性疼痛的新机制，特别是脊髓胶质细胞与神经元之间的相互作用，我们利用大鼠神经病理性疼痛模型，探讨伤害性疼痛通路中几种分子的表达及其作用。因此，我们在背根节神经元、脊髓背角神经元和脊髓胶质细胞的ATP受体和脂质介质方面发现了一些新的发现和假说。这些成果发表在国际高水平期刊上。

In order to examine the novel mechanism of neuropathic pain, especially interaction between spinal glial cells and neurons, we have used the rat model of neuropathic pain and explored the expression and the role of several molecules in nociceptive pathway. As a result, we have found several new findings and hypotheses about ATP receptors and lipid mediators in dorsal root ganglion neurons, spinal dorsal horn neurons and spinal glial cells. These results were published in international high-level journals.
