Study on the resource allocation and cost benefit structure in order for establishing sustainable healthcare sysytem

在本研究中，我进行了实证分析，以评估设计可持续的医疗资源设置是否会带来结果，并有助于改善人民的福祉。结果：1)通过问卷调查发现，老年人对未来医疗政策的进步有较高的认可度，在满足医疗质量的情况下，老年人承担医疗改革成本的意愿较强；2)通过对年轻癌症患者家访护理的研究，临床专科护士可能在弥补区域卫生专业人员短缺和鼓励有效的卫生服务方面发挥关键作用；3)对北海道围产期护理机构合并政策的社会影响进行了需求-供给分析，结果表明，在居民满意度有所提高的同时，合并机构和附属机构均面临医院成本上涨的问题。

In this research I conducted empirical analysis to assess whether outcomes might be brought by designing sustainable healthcare resource setting and contributed on improveness of peapoles' well-being.As results, 1)through the qustionnaire survey, it was found that elderly people have highly recognized the progress of healthcare policy in the future, and have strong willingness to burden the costs of healthcare reform when it would be satisfied the quailty of care; 2)it was implicated that, by researching home visit care for younger cancer patients, clinical nurse specialists may take critical role of making up the shortage of health profession in region and encouraging effective health provisions; 3) by demand-supply analysis on the social impacts of the consolidation policy of perinatal care facilities in Hokkaido, it was indicated that, while some increase of residents' satisfaction obtained, both consolidated facility and satellite ones face the hospital costs inflation.
