A Planning Methodology of Local Public Transport Systems as an Infrastructure

In rural areas, public transport is no longer to be recognized as an transport industry but as an infrastructure. However, no methodology is found for planning local public transport systems under such a viewpoint. This study developed a methodology to choose an appropriate alternative of transport service for securing opportunity of basic activity for life.
