The interaction of carbohydrate chains was analyzed to the 7 types of carbohydrate chains by using molecular dynamics simulation. We suggested three factors of changing the conformation. Moreover, we predicted inhibitory activity of two lipid mediators using support vector machine. The predicted chemical structures were analyzed a partial structures for activity in detail.
