History of the Interrelationship about the Minority Problem in Germany and Central Europe after the First World War

本研究遵循第一次世界大战后德国和中欧民族国家体系重组所产生的少数民族问题的发展，并从国家政治与国际政治之间的相互关系的历史角度，重新思考为什么这个问题导致了第二次世界大战结束时人口的大规模转移和驱逐。这项研究的结果表明，在这一时期，少数民族问题对德国和中欧国家的相互关系比我们想象的要重要得多。

This study follows the development of the minority problem which was produced by the reorganization of the nation-state system in Germany and Central Europe after the First World War, and reconsiders, in view of the interrelational history between national and international politics, why this problem caused the mass transfer and expulsion of the population at the end of the Second World War. As a result of this study the minority problem turned out to be much more important for the interrelationship of Germany and Central European states in this period than we thought.
