Evaluation of frontal lobe function in patients with panic disorder with agoraphobia using near infrared spectroscopy

对惊恐障碍伴广场恐怖症患者进行认知行为治疗，每2周4次，采用近红外光谱法测定治疗前后观看焦虑刺激和中性刺激视频时脑血容量的变化。暴露后颞区的氧合血红蛋白下降。证实了可以通过近红外光谱测量治疗过程的脑功能变化，并且认为其与症状改善有关。

The cognitive behavior therapy of four sessions every two week was performed in the patients with panic disorder with agoraphobia, and the change of cerebral blood volume at the time of watching the video of an anxious stimulus and a neutral stimulus before and after each session were measured using near infrared spectroscopy. The oxy-hemoglobin of the temporal region decreased after the session of an exposure. It was confirmed that the change of brain function of a treatment process can be measured by near infrared spectroscopy, and it was thought that it related to the symptom improvement.
