Novel synergistic mechanism for robust expression of NR2C in cerebellar granule cells

To identify the physiologically active substance driving the novel mechanism, I had taken expanded candidate approaches, pharmacologically. However, all selected candidates were negative. To execute the massive screening for identification of physiologically active substance driving the novel mechanism, I had tried to construct the reporter assay system. Although a reporter construct was workable, it was difficult to detect reporter signals in the case of massive screening because of reduction of reaction volume.
