Development of a teaching activity self-evaluation scale to avoid the risk of medical accidents during the clinical nursing practicum

本研究旨在编制一份护理系教学活动自我评价量表，以规避护理临床实习过程中发生医疗事故的风险。因此，在本发明中，为避免护理实习过程中发生医疗事故，明确了护理学院应采取的40类8个方面的措施，第二步是编制《护理学院临床实习安全教学活动自评量表》，该量表由8个分量表组成，包括：量表及56个项目，让护理系在第一阶段评估结果的基础上，对护理临床实习教学活动进行自我评估。未来的挑战是进行一项全国性的调查，护理学院使用开发的自我评价量表，并验证其可靠性。

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to self-evaluate the teaching activity of the nursing faculties in order to avoid the risk of medical accidents during the nursing clinical practicum.A free description questionnaire survey was conducted as the first step. As a result, 40 categories and 8 aspects of measures implemented by the nursing faculties to avoid the medical accidents during the clinical nursing practicum were clarified.The second step was to develop a"Teaching Activity Self-evaluation Scale for the Safety of the Nursing Clinical Practicum Designed for the Nursing Faculties" which was a measuring tool comprised of 8 sub-scales and 56 items to allow the nursing faculties to self-evaluate their teaching activities during the nursing clinical practicum on the basis of the result of the first step. The future challenge is to conduct a national survey for the nursing faculties using the developed self-evaluation scale and to verify the reliability.
