本研究は、昨年の予備調査をもとに本調査として一般人(19〜60歳)を対象に763件回収し、不信感・不愉快につながる体験、看護婦・医師の対応、名前・薬の間違い、不明瞭な説明を受けた体験、医療サービスへの改善を希望する点について分析した。結果、本人または家族の外来・入院経験は473件(61.9%)であった。医療サービスにおける問題点について4件法で回答してもらった。結果、医師の説明1.42±0.92、医師の相談対応1.40±0.78、医師の基本的接遇1.02±0.81、看護支援1.10±0.58、看護師への相談1.15±0.82、看護師の基本的接遇1.04±0.67、薬剤師の説明1.38±0.68、薬剤師への相談1.13±0.62、薬剤師等の基本的接遇0.82±0.62、受付時の説明1.50±0.83、事務職員の基本的接遇1.18±0.78、病院の情報提供1.32±0.65、病棟・病室の療養生活1.56±0.81、食事1.32±1.01、診察室の環境1.28±0.93、診療録・紹介状の入手1.53±2.76、院内の移動の利便性1.32±0.85、退院後の支援1.42±0.87、診察日の設定1.28±0.81、診察日の予約1.08±0.97、待ち時間1.89±1.42、トイレ売店などの病院環境1.36±0.80、送迎・駐車場などの利便性1.69±0.96、病院の全体的な印象1.62±0.86であった。昨年度の予備調査の結果と同様の結果となり、平均得点によると全項目は1点台を示し特に突起した問題点はないように見える。しかし、SDが1.0を超えた項目に着目すると、食事、診療録・紹介状の入手、待ち時間に関する項目が当てはまり、これらの項目は医療サービスの患者満足に問題が生じていることが示唆された。

This study is based on a preliminary survey conducted in the past year, and 763 responses, feelings of unbelief, unhappiness, physical problems, responses from caregivers and physicians, in-between violations, unclear explanations, physical problems, and hopes for improvement in medical services were analyzed for the general population (19 to 60 years old).
