Ethical care model for organ transplant patient and family

本研究旨在发展病人及家属的伦理关怀模式，以厘清护士在器官移植中所经历的伦理困扰，以及如何因应伦理护理实务的情况。首先，对10名护士进行了关于器官移植护理实践中的伦理困扰的访谈。其次，对79家医院的218名护士进行问卷调查。在数据分析和文献参考的基础上，以对患者和家属的护理决策为核心，制定了器官移植患者和家属的伦理护理模式方案。

This research aims at developing the ethical care model for patient and family to clarify what ethical distress nurses experiences and how they cope with situation of ethical nursing practice in organ transplantation. First, ten nurses were interviewed about ethical distress in nursing practice in organ transplantation. Second, 218 nurses of 79 hospitals answered questionnaires by mail. Based on data analysis and consideration from literatures, the ethical care model plan for organ transplant patient and family focusing on decision-making of care to patient and family was made.
