Construction of nursing programs to patients with impaired consciousness based on the physiology

从意识障碍患者不能主动进行日常生活活动的角度出发，认为意识障碍患者的护理程序是生活的，因为日常生活活动可以得到帮助。在此基础上，构建了获得生活活动的护理程序，并对其效果进行了研究。结果表明，意识障碍患者虽因病、伤、脑损伤而保留脑功能，但仍有自主获得生活活动能力的可能性。

It is thought that the nursing program necessary for patient with disorders of consciousness is life because the daily life action can be acquired help when standing in the aspect that patient with disorders of consciousness cannot voluntarily do theactivity of daily life. Then, because the nursing program to acquire the living activity had been constructed, the effect was researched. As a result, this nursing program was shown that there was a possibility of voluntarily acquiring the living activity in patient with disorders of consciousness who remained the brain function though was due to the sickness and injury the damage of the brain.
