The purpose of this papers is indicate a new view on the practices of the community education during in 1920-30's.It will focus on partnership with former junior high school and elementary school in rural areas.Many community education movements in Japan aimed to cultivate community members.Former junior high school teachers educated "future leaders in rural areas" on partnership with elementary school teachers.
