Creating a practical model of continuing nursing care is essential for a next step of nursing care in the future. The purposes of this study were to develop a telenursing system for self-monitoring ability of outpatients who undergo THA (total hip arthroplasty). Our original iPad model developed in the preceding study were upgraded by reflecting various demands from related parties. This new "THA care net" was tested on a trial basis in the related parties. This modality was found to provide real-time visualization of life-style and to share existing problems of subject patients with related medical staffs. Preoperative introductory participation in "THA care net" could predict postoperative risks for morbidities in each subject and allow them to prepare lifestyle to reduce the respective risks.

创建一种实用的持续护理模式对于下一步的护理至关重要。本研究的目的是开发一种远程护理系统，用于门诊全髋关节置换术患者的自我监控能力。我们在前面的研究中开发的原有iPad型号是根据相关各方的各种需求进行升级的。这一新的“临时护理网”在相关方进行了试行。该模式提供了生活方式的实时可视化，并与相关医务人员分享了受试者存在的问题。术前参与“THA护理网”可以预测每个受试者术后发病率的风险，并使他们能够准备好生活方式以降低各自的风险。
