The influences of 'non-standard employment' under globalization and Japanese employment system on family formation or family size

在我的研究中，有三个目标，得到了以下结果。首先，我利用调查得到的数据，分析了法国和日本非正规就业青年的生育意愿。我发现，在法国，男性非正式雇员比男性正式雇员有更多的孩子的意愿，而在日本，结果正好相反。其次，我对1500名30多岁的已婚女性进行了调查，分析了她们的实际情况和生育意愿。数据显示，他们中85%的人在毕业后以正式员工的身份进入劳动力市场，但目前有60%的人没有就业。该研究还显示，已婚女性的生育意愿低于那些有正式工作的女性。第三，我追溯了日本童工的历史。我发现日本的童工现象是劳动力市场体系缺失、人口过剩、贫困和性别偏见的结果。

In my studies, there were three objectives and the following results were obtained.At first, I analyzed the fertility intentions on young people in non-regular employment in France and Japan, using the data obtained from the survey.I found that male non-regular employees have an intention to have more children than male regular employees in France, whereas the opposite result was shown in Japan. Secondly, I conducted a survey of 1500 married women in their thirties and I analyzed their actual situation and fertility intentions. According to the data, 85% of them entered the labor market as a regular employee after graduation, but, 60 % of them are out of workforce at present. It also showed that the married women out of workforce have lower fertility intentions than those who are working as a regular employee. Thirdly,I traced a history of child labor in Japan. I found that child labor in Japan was the result of lack of labor market system, excess population, poverty and gender bias.
