英文摘要
We studied to find strategies for obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD) by using cognitive performance and functional neuroimagings. We found abnormalities of metabolites of right basal ganglia of OCD patients by using 3 tesla proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS). Moreover we found a significantly lower cognitive performance and a hypofrontality of OCD patients by using multichannel NIRS compared to control group. It is suggested that we might choose strategies for OCD patients who have different biological feature individually.
