我们分析了视网膜变性的致病基因。我们在Bietti结晶性视网膜病变的外周蛋白RDS基因或CYP 4 V2基因中发现了几处突变。对X连锁型视网膜色素变性患者的RPGR基因和RP 2基因的ORF 15区进行了分析。我们对RS-1基因突变的先天性视网膜劈裂症患者进行了玻璃体手术，并建立了缺血性视神经病变的实验模型，成功地记录了STR，STR的记录反映了视网膜内部的功能。

We analysed causative genes of retinal degenertions. We have found several mutations in peripherin-RDSgene or CYP4 V2 gene of Bietti crystalline retinopathy. In x-linked retinitis pigmentosa gene patients, we analysed ORF15 region of RPGR gene and RP2 gene. In congenital retinoschisis patients with RS-1 gene mutation, we performed vitreous surgeries and reported the results.We also established experimental model of ischemic optic neuropathy and successfully recorded STR. Recording of STR revealed innner retinal function.
