Developing a self-rated interprofessional work competency scale

本研究旨在发展一套适合于从事医院、老人照护机构及社区合作的卫生、医疗及福利专业人员的跨专业工作胜任力量表，并在七所医院及九个机构（包括老人保健机构、辅助护理之家、家访护理站、居家照护支援办公室）进行调查。编制了一份评估IPW相关行为的问卷，并对3553名参与者进行了调查。结果对24个项目的问卷进行了17个项目的修订，并验证了其可重复性。该问卷被命名为大冢跨专业工作能力量表-医院17（OIPCS-H17）。然而，在护理机构和社区护理环境中表现出不同的趋势，需要更多的研究来验证这些量表的有效性。我们继续进行临床应用的研究。

The aim of this study is to develop a self-rated interprofessional work (IPW) competency scale for health, medical and welfare professionals engaged in cooperation within the hospitals, elderly care facilities and communities.Survey were conducted in seven hospitals and nine settings which include in elderly health care facilities, assisted nursing homes, home visit nursing care stations, home care support offices. A questionnaire to evaluate IPW-related behaviors was developed and conducted on 3553 participants. As the result the 24 items questionnaire were revised in 17 items, and its reproducibility was confirmed. The questionnaire was named Otsuka Interprofessional work Competency Scale-Hospital 17 (OIPCS-H17). However, a different tendency was shown in care facilities and community care settings,more research is needed to verify validity of the scale utilization for these. We continue the research about application of clinically utilization.
