项目摘要
The purpose is to research empirically on the welfare aspects of Arts Policy. State and local governments with tax preference and financial aids, promote the private organization activities for arts development in welfare.I visited the National Endowment for the Arts,Alliance for Arts, San Francisco city government, and Arlington county government for the research on the utilization of various arts promotion policy in the job training and job assistance under the new industry development.
本研究的目的是对艺术政策的福利方面进行实证研究。州和地方政府以税收优惠和财政援助，促进民间组织开展艺术发展的福利活动，笔者走访了国家艺术基金会、艺术联盟、旧金山弗朗西斯科市政府、阿灵顿县政府，研究在新产业发展下，各种艺术促进政策在就业培训和就业援助中的运用。
