We tried to prove the time specific expressions of the muscarinic acetylcholine receptors and adrenergic receptors in the murine larynx. We found that the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor Chrm2 and Chrm3 are expressed in the laryngeal submucosal gland, and the adrenergic receptor Adra2a is expressed in the superior cervical ganglion. However, there was no significant circadian rhythmicity among Chrm2, Chrm3, andAdra2a mRNA levels.
