We examined the effect that form of dental base gave to deglutition pressure. dental base is three types. A type and the side that the constant type and front are warm are warm types. We measured intraoral pressure and pharynx pressure at the same time. We examined a difference of the deglutition pressure by base type. As a result, the transit time from oral cavity of bolus to pharynx might shorten it aside a floor with the thickness. When contact pressure of palate and the tongue changes by the base type at deglutition, muscle activity with the deglutition is activated, and intraoral pressure and oropharynx pressure may affect it for the transit time from oral cavity to pharynx.
