Development of desktop press machine using new differential mechanism

设计了一种采用差动转线性转换机构的台式压力机。这种差动机构既能满足高定位精度，又能满足大输出负荷的要求。性能评价结果表明，台式压力机冲头压痕较大时的载荷大于常规压力机的进给螺杆机构，冲头的定位误差小于进给螺杆机构。

A desktop press machine using differential rotary to linear conversion mechanism was designed. This differential mechanism is adequate for both high positioning accuracy and large output load. As a result of the performance evaluation, it was demonstrated that the load for larger punch indentation of the desktop press machine became larger than that of the feed screw mechanism intended for conventional press machine, and the positioning error of the punch of the press machine became smaller than that of the feed screw mechanism.
