Development of a high-precision calibration artifact for concave form using simple features

在机械装置中，经常使用具有复杂凹形的零件。这些部件的测量仪器对测量精度有很高的要求，但目前的校准工件精度不高。为了实现凹形的高精度测量，本文开发了一种标定工件，并提出了一种测量仪器的标定方法。提议的工件被制造出来。对测量仪器的标定方法进行了实验，验证了该方法的有效性。

In mechanical devices, parts with complicated concave form are often used. High measurement accuracy is required for the measuring instruments of those parts but the current calibration artifact does not have high accuracy. In this research, a calibration artifact is developed in order to realize high precision measurement of concave form and a calibration method of the measuring instruments is proposed. The proposed artifact is manufactured. Experiments on the calibration method of the measuring instruments are carried out and it is verified that the proposed method is effective.
