Isolation of the skin progenitor cells in canine allergic dermatitis and their application for the pathogenesis

皮肤祖细胞在过敏性皮炎(AD)发病机制中的作用是通过使用已知的自发发展疾病的狗来评估的。我们发现CD34阳性的皮肤祖细胞定位于犬AD皮损中。建立了CD34阳性造血祖细胞的分离方法，用于体外研究。我们的结果和建立的方法为进一步研究皮肤祖细胞在变态反应性炎症中的作用机制奠定了基础。

Role of the skin progenitor cells in the pathogenesis of allergic dermatitis (AD) was evaluated by using dogs, known to spontaneously develop the disease. We found CD34-positive skin progenitor cells were localized in the skin lesion of canine AD. An isolation method of CD34-positive hematopoietic progenitor cells was developed for the in vitro studies. Our results and established methods could be useful for the further research of the mechanisms of skin progenitor cells in the allergic inflammation.
