In the retrospective study by chart review, it was found that the expression of anger in cancer patients are related with delirium, male, and the patients with serious physical status. It is not rare that the cancer patients expose their anger in daily clinical activities. That is not only decline to patient's satisfaction of medical care, but also it had a big impact on the exhaustion of the medical staff. The delirium is treatable in most cancer patients, to evaluate of delirium and early intervention when the cancer patients expose their anger that can be expected to improve the quality of medical care.

通过回顾性病例研究发现，癌症患者的愤怒表达与谵妄、男性、躯体状态严重的患者有关。癌症患者在日常临床活动中暴露出愤怒情绪并不罕见。这不仅使患者对医疗服务的满意度下降，而且对医务人员的疲惫产生了很大的影响。谵妄在大多数癌症患者中是可治疗的，当癌症患者暴露他们的愤怒时，对谵妄进行评估和早期干预，可以预期提高医疗质量。
