项目摘要

当年度の研究の成果は以下の2点である。（１）遠隔地支援システムの運用：鳴門教育大学附属特別支援学校との共同研究を継続し、2年間の研修参加者を分析した。24年度5月から25年度2月まで行われた直接研修・伝達研修の参加者を分析した結果、累積人数は90名に達した。24年度においては、直接研修の参加者が4名で、校内伝達研修会の参加者が8名であった。25年度においては、24年度の伝達研修を受けた2名を含む4名が直接研修に参加し、加えて24年度の参加者2名が見学者として慶應義塾大学に来校した。25年度には、この4名を中心として、校内研修会だけでなく、外部向け研修会が開催され、特別支援学校を中心として地域の小学校・保育士・保護者、計40名が参加した。大学で知識を得た教員が主導し、地域で研修会を開催するというシステムは、研修会の普及モデルとして実現可能性が高いことが明らかとなり、知識の普及に関しての重要な知見が得られた。（２）縦断研究の事後評価と予測因子の分析：日常環境内発達支援のカリキュラムの１つである始発型共同注意の獲得に焦点を当てて分析を行った。3名の自閉症児を参加児として模倣を用いた介入を行った結果、全ての参加児で検査者の背後からパペットが突然現れた際に指さしや発声、視線などを用いて検査者に知らせる頻度が向上した。また、介入後には発声・指さし・視線の複数の組み合わせを用いた反応の頻度が向上したことから、反応の質自体が変容したことが示された。これらの結果は１ヶ月後のフォローアップにおいても維持した。この介入を実施する事前と事後に、視線計測装置（Tobii）でビデオを見せた時の人の顔とパペットに対する参加児の視線移動を計測・分析した結果、全ての参加児が介入前から人の顔とパペットとを交互に見ていることが明らかになり、トレーニングへの反応性の予測因子として１つの可能性が見いだされた。
