Research on Sir James Steuart's unpublished manuscripts on finance

In this research project I have examined Sir James Steuart's nine unpublished manuscripts relating to the theory on finance and published them for the first time. The most important manuscript among them is "Correspondence on French Finance" in which Sir James gives Sir George Colebrooke a lengthy commentary on his _Principles of Political Economy_.This research project is a part of a larger project of preparing a manuscript collection of Sir James Steuart which I have been working on for the last ten years.
