We fractured mouce thighbone.Bone marrow cell corected for 0,1,2,7days after fracture.We analyzed RNA by PCR. The expression of proinflammatory cytokines what is TNFa,IL-6 and IL1b was increased in the first day after fracture. Especially, IL-6 expression was upregulation. Day2, RANKL(receptor activator of nuclear factor-kB ligand), ALP(alkaline phosphatase)and osterix was upregulated. After this, we will control proinflammatory cytokines expression, and analyze most influence factor for bone healing.
