Analysis of "skills and art" in nursing - Focusing on how expert nurses and beginners use their hands-

本研究以9名护士和10名初学者为研究对象，分析了专家护士和初学者如何使用手的“技能与艺术”。作者从左右手的手指和手掌在换位技术和作用于接触部位的部位，以及扮演换位病人角色的人的主观和生理评价等方面，研究了专家护士如何使用手。观察了热用手抬头动作的差异，侧卧位动作和侧卧位姿势稳定动作。学生比护士更倾向于用指尖用力，尤其是在中指接触部位。此外，扮演病人角色的人在生理评价上没有差异，尽管主观评价显示学生的动作带来了更大的疼痛。

This study aimed at analyzing "skills and art" focusing on how expert nurses and beginners use their hands.The subjects were 9 nurses and 10 students.The authors studied how expert nurses use their hands from the parts for which fingers and palms of right and left hands were used in the changing position technique and force acting on the contact parts, and subjective and physiologic evaluation by the persons playing the role of patients for which changing position was performed.Differences in hot use hands were observed in action to lift ' heads, action to make lateral decubitus position and action to stabilize the posture of lateral decubitus position.Students tended to apply greater force to their finger tips then nurses and it was strong in particular in the contact parts of middle fingers.Further, there was not difference in physiologic evaluation by the persons playing the role of patients though the subjective evaluation revealed that action by the students brought stronger pain.
