Regulatory molecules for expression and function of endocytic receptor

巨噬蛋白是一种内吞受体，在肾上皮细胞中吸收功能和结构上不同的多种蛋白质，并受适应蛋白的调节。在本研究中，我们鉴定了两个新的调节巨噬巨噬蛋白内吞活性的接头蛋白，并揭示了接头蛋白的亚细胞定位和生理功能。我们的研究结果表明，一个调控巨噬细胞蛋白从顶膜到早期核内体的运输速率，另一个调控巨噬细胞蛋白从再循环核内体到上皮细胞顶膜的再循环。

An endocytic receptor, megalin, absorbs functionally and structurally distinct many proteins in the epithelial cells of the kidney with being regulated by adaptor proteins. In the present study, we identified two novel adaptor proteins to regulate the endocytic activity of megalin and revealed the subcellular localization and the physiological function of the adaptor proteins. Our results suggest that one regulates the rate of transportation of megalin from apical membrane to early endosome, and another regulates the recycling of megalin from recycling endosome to apical membrane in the epithelial cells.
