项目摘要

採用3年目は、3つの研究（研究3、研究4、研究5）を実施した。研究3では、文化的自己観を一時的に変化させるプライミング手続きを行った際に、感情認識の明瞭性と内受容感覚の敏感さが変化するかを検討した。分析の結果、プライミング手続きが感情認識の明瞭性と内受容感覚の明瞭性に及ぼす影響は検出されなかった。一般的に、帰無仮説検定の結果から実験操作の効果がないことを主張することは難しいが、金井・湯川（2017）と本研究の結果を総合的に踏まえると、文化的自己観と内受容感覚の敏感さおよび感情認識の明瞭性との結びつきは、文化的自己観の一時的な変化によって敏感に変化する状況依存的な関連ではないと考えることが出来るだろう。研究4では、研究3と同様のプライミング手続きを用いて、文化的自己観の一時的な変化が2つの感情制御方略（認知的再評価および腹式呼吸法）の効果に及ぼす影響を検討した。検討の結果、感情制御方略の効果に対するプライミング手続きの影響は検出されなかった。このことから、文化的自己観と感情制御方略の効果との結びつきも文化的自己観の一時的な状態変化によって敏感に変化しうる状況依存的な関連ではないことが示唆された。研究5ではwebパネル調査を実施し、第一に、大サンプルのデータを用いて過去の研究で示された結果の再現性を確認した。さらに、身体のリラックスによる感情制御を普段の生活で行う傾向（身体的制御の使用傾向）と普段の感情経験傾向との関係性が文化的自己観の個人差によって異なるかを検討した。その結果、身体的制御の使用傾向と不快感情の経験傾向との関連性が相互協調性の高低によって異なり、相互協調性が高い者において身体的制御の使用傾向が高いほど不快感情の経験傾向が低いことが示された。したがって、身体的制御の日常的使用は相互協調性が高い者において有効な感情制御方略であると考えることが可能だろう。
