项目摘要

昨年度に続き、外地（台湾・朝鮮・満洲）における慈善事業及び子どもに関わる事業の研究を行った。国内では、関東、関西、九州の大学図書館、県立図書館、資料館等で資料収集を実施した。また、外地の幼児教育経験者の方々へのインタビュー調査を実施し、個人で保管している当時の資料も多数集めることができた。さらに旧外地での調査として、台湾と韓国で資料収集及びインタビュー調査を行った。台湾では、台北・台中・台南の図書館等をまわり資料を収集し、現存している日本統治時代の幼稚園や慈善事業施設を訪問しインタビュー調査を実施した。韓国では、戦前から保母養成科の設置していた学校の同窓会関係資料を収集した。この成果は、2017年5月に「満洲における農繁期託児所」として社会事業史学会第45回大会若手研究者交流会、6月に“Kindergarten Teachers in the Japanese Puppet State of Manchuria: Women’s Memory and Narrative”として 7thAsian Conference on Asian Studies（神戸）、9月に“Export of Social Work and Institution to Japanese Colonies before WWII: The Case of Kamakura Nursery School”として6thInternational Interdisciplinary Memory Conference（ポーランド）、12月に「『満洲』における幼児教育とカトリックー雙葉学園の事例から」として幼児教育史学会において研究発表を行った。また、『幼児教育史研究』12号（2017年12月）に「『満洲』における幼児教育の展開ー満鉄経営幼稚園の事例から」が掲載された。

Last year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Taiwan, Korea, and Taiwan) conducted research on charity and related projects.
