项目摘要

本研究の目的は、コンピュータ・シミュレーションを用いることてボリビアにおける運動組織と民衆の相互作用の過程を示し、大規模動員を可能とする動員構造のあり方を明らかにすることであった。現地調査で得た一次資料とコンピュータ技術を融合することで運動当時の状況を再現し、各要素の相互作用の過程を描き出すことで、運動を成功に導く動員構造のあり方を描き出そうとしていた。この分析を行うにあたって最も重要な作業の一つが、ボリビアを再現する要素の特定であった。当初は政府、社会運動家、および市民の行動様式に焦点を当てた分析を行う予定であった。しかし研究を続けていくうちに、各アクターの行動様式だけではなく、新自由主義経済導入以降に構築された歴史的記憶が重要な要素であることが明らかとなった。ボリビアを分析するにあたって歴史的記憶が重要であることは先行研究でも指摘されてきた。それはスペインによる植民地期の闘争と、1952年以降のボリビア革命期の二つの歴史的記憶に着目したものである。本研究は、2000年代の新しい社会運動に、1985年以降の経済政策とそれに伴う歴史的記憶が、運動の大規模化にいかに関与しているのかを示すことで、先行研究における議論の発展に寄与しうる。更には、歴史的記憶と動員構造の関係をコンピュータ・シミュレーションによって分析することで、質的調査とコンピュータ技術という相反するかに見える手法の組み合わせの有効性を示すことで、分析手法に関する示唆を与えうる。

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the process of interaction between sports organizations and people, and to clarify the way in which large-scale mobilization is possible. The primary data obtained from the field investigation are merged with the technical data, and the interaction process of the various elements is described. The analysis of the most important elements of the work is carried out in detail. The focus of government, social movement and citizen action is determined. The study of neoliberalism is an important element in the construction of historical memory. The memory of history is important. The history of the revolution since 1952 is the focus of the struggle for the land of the people. This study is aimed at the development of new social movements in the 2000s, the memory of social policies since 1985, the development of large-scale movements, and the development of advanced research. In addition, the relationship between memory and mobilization of history and quality of investigation is discussed.
