项目摘要

本研究では主に以下の三つの作業を実施した。第一に、エトムント・フッサールの発生的現象学に関する著作や価値現象・倫理を主題とする研究草稿およびそれらを論じた二次文献を中心に渉猟し、フッサールの主張内容の整理を行った。第二に、その成果を、本研究課題である実践的判断力（形式的な普遍化可能性原理を個別状況へと適用して実質的な規範的判断を導出する能力）の解明へと関連づける検討作業を行い、報告者の主張である「実践的判断力としての身体感覚論」を構想した。第三に、知覚経験を主題とするフッサールの既刊の著作とそれらを扱った二次文献、そしてマルティン・ハイデガーやモーリス・メルロ＝ポンティらフッサール以後の現象学者の著作を渉猟し、その主張内容の整理をふまえ、実践的判断力としての身体感覚論の実践哲学上の含意を展開する作業を行った。また以上の主研究と並行して、ミクロネシア地域における人類学の諸研究の渉猟を行い、それらの中で主張されている感情の文化的・社会的被規定性が本研究の成果を支持するものであることを明らかにした。以上の研究を通じて解明されたのは、私たちは、普遍的な実践的規範やルールを個別の状況へと適用して規範的判断を導く際、身体感覚に依拠していることである。つまり、個別的体験の蓄積を通じて形成される身体感覚は、意識作用を受動的に方向づけ、個々の状況の内に含まれる諸々のメルクマールの内から重要なものを際立たせる。この際立ってきたメルクマールに対して、判断主体が能動的に意識を振り向けることで、当該状況において適切な実践的規範が適用されるのである。主に道徳規範の適用を念頭に置いていた本研究の成果は、今後、法規範の適用の問題にも応用されるであろう。

This study focuses on the implementation of the following three tasks. First, the development of phenomenology related to the work of the phenomenon of ethics, the draft of the study of the second literature, the organization of the content of the proposal Second, the results of this research project include the practical judgment (the ability to generalize the possibility principle of form, apply it to individual situations, and derive the quality judgment), the explanation of the relationship between the two, and the assumption of the reporter's opinion. Third, knowledge of the subject matter of the published works and other issues of secondary literature, such as the development of the work of phenomenologists, the reorganization of ideas, the implementation of judgment, and the implementation of philosophical implications of the theory of body sensation. The results of this research are supported by the research on anthropological culture and social regulation. The above research can be used to explain the differences between the two, the common practice of norms, the application of norms to individual situations, and the body's feelings. The accumulation of individual body parts forms the body sensation, the direction of the conscious action, and the internal conditions of the individual. When the situation arises, the appropriate norms are applied to determine the direction of the active consciousness. The results of this study are related to the application of the main principles and norms.
