项目摘要

本研究は大学の社会連携事業によって、関わった大学生と地域にどのような変化が起こり、その結果として関係人口が産まれる条件を明らかにしようとしている。社会連携事業に関わった学生・卒業生に対するインタビューを、zoomなどのオンラインアプリを利用して実施した。地域でおこなった学外での教育活動や、そのほか任意でおこなう活動が、彼らのキャリア意識や現在・将来の定住場所に与える影響について確認した。昨年度は勤務校である阪南大学卒業生の調査を実施し、学会発表と論文の出版をおこなった。今年度は、それ以外の６大学の卒業生についての調査をおこなった。合計で40名の卒業生の調査を行っている。成果は2023年度に学会発表や論文として報告する予定である。また、大学生を受け入れてきた関西圏の市町村をじっさいに訪れ、役場担当者や地元の関係者への聞き取り調査、学生たちの活動成果として残っている成果物の視察、図書館などでの関連資料の収集をおこなった。関連して、人々が、経済機会だけでなく、自身が好ましいと思う環境を求めて移住することを再現した社会シミュレーション実験をおこなった。成果について、論文を投稿中である。旧住民が新住民、観光客と共同できるための条件を明らかにする、まちづくりに関しての現地調査を複数の地点で予備的におこなっている。この調査については2023年度に本格的に実施の予定である。そのほか、関連する研究についての論文をあつめるため、Frontiers in Sutainable Tourism誌での特集号"Affiliative nomads in the age of mobilities"の企画を開始した。

This study focuses on the social interaction between university students and regions, and the relationship between university students and regions.
