项目摘要

2022年度は、カントの主要テキストの分析・比較を行う中で、当該研究を前進させるよう努めた。しかし、研究を進める中で、1793年の著作である『宗教論』以降、宗教に関する言説が極端に減っており、これまでの見通し・方法論をそのまま利用することが難しいことが明らかとなった。したがって、昨年度中に研究の方針を「『宗教論』以降の著作における「宗教」・「キリスト教」に関する言説を抽出することによって、カント宗教哲学の内実を明らかにする」という方向から、「『宗教論』以前の著作における哲学的・倫理学的諸概念が、宗教・キリスト教との関連においてどのように扱われているかを明らかにすること、さらにそうした哲学的・倫理学的諸概念が後の著作においてどのように扱われ、展開されているかを明らかにすることで、カント宗教哲学の性格を明らかにする」という方向へと微調整することとした。以上のような研究過程において明らかになった事柄を、日本宗教学会の学術大会における口頭発表として公にした（『カントにおける理性的信仰の理性的不可能性』、2022年9月11日、日本宗教学会第81回学術大会、愛知学院大学・オンライン）。この発表においては、カントにおける最高善を理論的な性格のそれと実践的な性格のそれとに区分した上で、理論的な性格としての最高善が、論理展開上かなりの問題を秘めていること（特に『実践理性批判』などの主要著作において）を指摘し、カントの宗教哲学が「神」という極めて重要な宗教哲学的概念の導出に際して不備を持っていることを明らかにした。
