1. データベース構築について当初想定より予算が増大していることが判明した。そこで、一次研究を検索しSR&MAを行い、データベースを構築する手法から、オーバービューレビューの形に変更する可能性が出ており、共同研究者と慎重に議論を進めているところである。オーバービューのメリットとしては、費用が安く抑えられることであるが、デメリットとして課題解決できる研究数が減ってしまうことが挙げられる。2. 解析上の課題についてメタアナリシスをするにあたり、データにイベントがゼロであるものが含まれることがある。その場合にどのような補正方法をとるべきなのかはいくつかの方法が提案されている。膠原病のような希少疾患では対象者数を多く集めることに苦慮することが多く、イベント数がゼロになる可能性も高い。各群に0.5を足すような補正方法(continuity correction)が最も一般的ではあるが、バイアスを生むことが示唆されている。この補正は簡便であるため本研究で補正方法として用いたい。そこで、本研究でこの continuity correction を用いることがどれくらい効果推定に影響がありそうかを調査することが課題となった。3. 派生研究について上述の通り、ゼロイベントがあるデータのメタアナリシスで、continuity correction は多く用いられているが、バイアスを生むことが示唆されている。そのため、一体どれくらいの影響が生じうるのかを、既存データを用いて検証することは、本研究のみならず将来の研究のためにも有用である。これを派生研究として同時に進める次第となった。

In the research of distribution, the above mentioned communication, information and continuity correction are used in many ways. This study will be useful for future research. The second is to study the relationship between the two.
