项目摘要

本研究では、新型コロナウィルス感染症（COVID-19）の世界的大流行下において、看護職者が体験した困難感を明らかにするとともに、困難感緩和のための介入方法を明確化する。ウィズコロナ社会で看護職者はかつてない困難な状況を体験している。この新生の困難感が、看護職者の職業性ストレスを増悪させ、やがては心身の不健康、仕事パフォーマンスの低下、離職意向の増強といったより深刻なストレス反応につながりうることが懸念される。本研究は、困難感の緩和という早期介入によって、ストレス反応への移行リスク低減および回避を目指すものである。令和4年度は、前年度の看護職者（228名）へのアンケート調査から、COVID-19患者のケアに携わる看護職者の困難感（日本看護管理学会、2022）および困難な状況下でも勤務を継続しうるコンピテンシー（EAFONS、2023）を明らかにした。明らかになった看護職者の困難感は、【感染への恐怖感】【情報不足や見通しがきかないことへの不安】【認識の違いに対するいら立ちや理解されないことへの虚無感】【業務特性・勤務体制による不公平感やストレス】【感染症対策／周辺業務／業務量増大による心身への負担と疲弊感】であった。コンピテンシーは、【看護職者として誰かの支えとなり、社会や医療に貢献できることへの喜び】【看護職者としてのやりがいや職務満足感・達成感】【看護職者としての責務や役割を果たそうとする使命感】【ひとりの人としてできることを実行し、現状を乗り越えようとするストレス対処能力】だった。さらに、COVID-19流行下において病院勤務看護職者が業務上で抱く否定的感情（困難感）は、COVID-19患者との接触の有無とは関連性がないことも明らかになった（ICN、2023）。今後、本結果をもとに看護職者の困難感およびコンピテンシーが職業性ストレスに及ぼす影響を検証していく。

This study clarifies how to intervene in the prevention and mitigation of a new type of HIV infection (COVID-19) in the context of a worldwide pandemic. Social care workers are in difficult situations. The difficulty of new birth, the professional career of nursing staff, the unhealthy state of mind, the low level of official career, the increased intention to leave, the deep sense of career and the suspense. This study focuses on the mitigation and early intervention of difficulty, the reduction of mobility and the avoidance of vision. In the future, the results of this study will be reflected in the difficulties experienced by carers and the impact of the study on carers.
