本年度は渡航前であったため、以下の4点から国際共同研究の準備に取り組むこととなった。第1に、基課題と本国際共同研究の架け橋となる学術書の刊行に向けての作業である。①英国②欧州（EEC：欧州経済共同体）③バーゼル銀行監督委員会の3つの環を焦点に、英国の中央銀行であるイングランド銀行の銀行監督政策を詳細に論じた。その成果として、フランスのパリ第8大学とリール大学、フランス中央銀行の研究者との国際共著として2023年5月にフランスで出版されることとなった。これは、本国際共同研究における英国ロンドンでの在外研究に結び付く、貴重な布石となっている。第2に、欧州銀行監督機構（EBA)の政策を、銀行規制の一元化という視点から論じ、ペーパーとして纏めたことである。銀行規制は本来各国固有のものであり、EU内部でも様々な銀行システムが存在しているため多様化している。EBAは単一ルールブックを通して銀行規制を一元化するこれまでに類を見ない政策を実施している。第3に、バーゼル銀行監督委員会の政策を現代的視点から分析したことである。2023年3月に顕在化した米国の地方銀行とスイスの大銀行の危機は波及度が大きく、世界の金融市場が動揺したことは記憶に新しい。金融システムの安定化が2008年のリーマンショック（世界金融危機）以降、改めて求められている。バーゼル銀行監督委員会が現代の金融危機に対して、いかなる役割を担うのかを現状分析の視点から明らかにし、一本のペーパーに考察を纏めた。第4に、日本金融学会全国大会の英語セッション、及び日本EU学会全国大会の自由論題で、成果を発表したことである。日本金融学会では銀行監督の方法論を、EUと国際機関で峻別し、新しい分析視角を提供した。また、日本EU学会では欧州銀行同盟と欧州資本市場同盟の相互作用を検討し、フロア等の参加者と有意義なディスカッションを実施した。
