项目摘要

本研究の目的は、東アジアがともに生きるための「民主的文化能力を育む外国語教育のあり方」を、半世紀をかけて共同体建設に至った欧州の事例を参考に模索することである。統合欧州が導き出した答えの1つは「複言語・複文化教育を通じ国家や文化を超えたシティズンシップを育むこと」であった。本研究では欧州協議会が具体化した「民主的文化能力のための参照枠（RFCDC）」が「東アジアにおける外国語（複言語・複文化）教育」に応用可能かを具体的実践を通して考察することを目的としている。即ち東アジアがともに生きるためにはどのような「民主的文化能力」が必要か、またそうした能力はどのような外国語教育を行うことで育めるのか、理論と実践の両面から考察する。本研究は「複言語・複文化主義に基づいたシティズンシップ教育としての日本語教育」（基盤研究C）を発展的に継続している。これまでは東アジア全体を対象にしながらも、結果として日韓を中心とした研究・実践にとどまり、日中をはじめ東アジア全体へ拡大する上で課題が残った。従って本科研では日韓を対象とした研究・実践は維持しつつ、その成果を特に日中へと拡大、東アジア全体の和解と共生に繋げたいと考えている。またRFCDCをシティズンシップ教育の評価尺度としての採用、東アジアの言語教育のあり方を模索する。そのため、初年度はこれまでの日韓を対象にした研究成果をまとめ、書籍などを執筆、発表した。日中の対立の根本原因を探るべく日中関係が悪化する18世紀以降の中国の歴史、政治、思想などについて文献調査を行った。同時に中国人を対象にAutobiographyを書いてもらい、それをもとに中国の人たちがどのように自身のアイデンティティを構築し、どのように対日イメージを形成、変化させてきたか研究を行った。またコロナ禍で実施できずにいた北東アジア言語教育研究会第２回会合を韓国で開催した。

The purpose of this study is to create a model for the development of democratic cultural competence and foreign language education in Europe. Unification of Europe and the United States: "Multi-language, multi-cultural education, communication of national culture" This study aims to concretize the European Agreement on the Cultural Competence of Democracy (RFCDC), and to explore the practical application of foreign language (polyspeech and polyculture) education. This study aims to develop the Japanese language education based on polyspeech and polyculturalism (Basic Study C). This is the first time that we've had a chance to talk to each other. This research is aimed at maintaining the scientific and technological achievements of Japan and South Korea. RFCDC is the standard of evaluation of language education, and the model of language education is adopted. In the early years, the research results of Japan and South Korea were published. A literature survey of China's history, politics and ideology since the 18th century was conducted to explore the fundamental reasons for the establishment of Japan-China relations. At the same time, the Chinese people are facing the problem of Autobiography, and the Chinese people are facing the problem of autobiography The 2nd meeting of the North-East Speech Education Research Association was held in South Korea.
