2022年度は在外研究中であったため、本研究に関連する報告を当該国において行った。また本研究は比較憲法学に深く関連するが、その方法論についての基礎的な報告も行った。１．Trinity Centre for Constitutional Governanceにて行われたComparing constitutional amendment in Ireland and Japanにおいて、The Origin and Formation of Anti-Referendum Culture in Japanと題する報告を行った。２．University College Cork, School of Lawにおいて、Research colloquium seriesの一環として、Distrust of Sovereignty? One Aspect of Constitutional Culture in Japanと題する報告を行った。３．Trinity Centre for Constitutional Governanceにおいて、Understanding the Constitution of Japan: comparison and analysisというシンポのなかで、Understanding the Constitution of Japan: comparison and analysisと題する報告を行った。４．TCJS Online Seminar, Book Talk Seriesにおいて、Kenneth Mori McElwain氏の比較憲法に関する最新の著書について議論した。
