项目摘要

第一年度は第二年度の定量調査・分析に向けて関連先行研究の探索・収集とその調査活動を行った。本研究でのテーマの関連分野としては以下の三分野である。第一には「健康経営」と総称される企業による従業員の健康維持・促進活動に関する分野であり、特に健康阻害に伴う労働生産性損失に関する多くの研究蓄積がある。また、その労働生産性損失に関する尺度開発研究が本研究での調査に活用すべきものと考えており、詳細な調査を行った。特に西久保(2020)「介護との両立に伴う労働生産性損失の測定とその影響要因--- 健康経営研究におけるPresenteesm尺度を応用して(科学研究費基盤研究(C) 研究課題/領域番号17K03926)」での分析経緯を検証し、使用データの分析を行った。第二は福利厚生研究での様々な経営的効果に関する研究が本研究での実証仮説に有用である。ここでの経営的効果とは定着性、勤勉性、モチベーションなどが主流であったが、本研究では新たに従業員エンゲージメント、心理的安全性、人的資本蓄積効果なども加える予定であり、それら効果変数に関して幅広い文献レビューを行った。第三の関連分野は家政学等における家計収支に関する研究分野である。本研究での医療費負担の今後の変化に伴う家計状況の変化を定量調査で検証する上で重要である。特に、医療費関連の諸項目とその測定方法については信頼できる定量調査(例えば、厚生労働省「患者調査」など)での設問方式、尺度表現と構成などについて調査を行った。家計収支に関しては短期的収支だけではなく、長期的な資産形成への影響を分析するために金融保険投資商品選択行動についても定量調査を含めることとした。以上、第二年度での定量調査に実施に向けて調査票の作成と仮説構築に向けて関連する先行研究分野について体系的に調査を行った。

This study is important for quantitative analysis of future changes in the burden of medical care associated with changes in household income. In particular, various items related to medical expenses and their measurement methods include quantitative survey (e.g.,"patient survey" of the Ministry of Health and Welfare), inquiry method, scale performance, composition, and investigation. Analysis of the impact of short-term and long-term asset formation on household income and expenditure, including quantitative analysis of financial protection and commodity selection actions In the above and second years, the quantitative survey was carried out in the direction of the preparation of the survey ticket and the construction of the survey system.
