项目摘要

本研究は性分化疾患当事者のエイジングの過程に着目し、そのライフコースを明らかにしようとするものである。そのために、本研究は以下の３つの視点を取り入れた。社会統制とラベリングの影響を明らかにする＜逸脱論＞、医療の介入とその身体経験を明らかにする＜医療化と身体論＞、社会規範に対する反作用としての当事者のジェンダー観の変容を明らかにする＜ジェンダー論＞である。このうち、本年度は分析枠組みの検討を行った。具体的にはデータを分析するための視座を確立するために、性分化疾患当事者のライフコースを捉えるための逸脱増幅についての理論的構築を行った。特に、逸脱論と近接する理論からこの概念図の特質・意義を再考し、概念の精緻化を行う。具体的には、ミードや宝月らによるシンボリック相互作用論における議論、構築主義的アプローチ、身体論との比較を行った。また、海外渡航調査を行うことが不可能であったため、２年目からの海外調査を円滑に開始させるために、インターネット上で行われる当事者運動家ミーティング、その他集まりに参加し、ネットワークの構築に努めた。
