项目摘要

グループホームの利用者の感情に向き合う際に，世話人や生活支援員の大多数を占める「無資格者は，『自己洞察』と『表出抑制』による『深層適応』によって状況対応している」との職員の資格の有無による感情知性の傾向の違いがあることを見出し，また，Covid-19の感染拡大による移動制限や，世話人や生活支援員の多くが非常勤職員であることにより，遠隔地への研修参加が困難さを伴う実態がある．そこで，本研究は，「精神障害者向けグループホームの世話人・生活支援員の感情知性向上につながるon-line形式による研修プログラムの開発を行うことにより，燃え尽きや虐待の防止と就労意欲の維持向上への一助となる」ことを目的とし，インタビュー調査，Nominal group techniqueといった手法を駆使して，世話人や生活支援員にも学習機会へのアクセスを高めることに寄与しうるon-line形式の研修プログラムへの潜在ニーズの把握，また対面形式での体験的学習プログラムに制約が生じる分，どのような創意工夫が必要なのか探索的研究を進め，その効果検証をする．これらを踏まえて、精神障害者向けのグループホームにおける職員に研修プログラムの開発につなげることを目的として，その管理者に対面形式のプログラムへの試験参加および質問紙調査に協力してもらい，各プログラム内容の有用性とオンライン化するうえでの必要性等についてインタビュー調査を実施した。調査対象は三ヵ所のグループホームの職員でありかつそれらの施設の管理者である3名に，150分程度の調査を行った。これらの結果を報告すべく第57回日本作業療法学会（沖縄大会）に演題登録し受理された（演題番号PN-7-5）．

The investigation was conducted by three staff members of the three departments and three managers of the three departments, with a level of 150. The 57th Japan Occupational Therapy Association (Japan Occupational Therapy Conference) accepted the registration of the project (Project No. PN-7-5).
