コロナ禍を契機とした新たな授業研究会のあり方を検討した。筆者の経験した中でも多くの課題や展望が見られた「授業録画型双方向オンライン授業研究会」をとりあげ，音楽科におけるオンライン授業研究会について論考した。授業者・参観者の自由記述やインタビューを分析することで，音楽科オンライン授業研究会の今後を展望した。その結果，教師には「柔軟性とマネジメント力」「ICTの技術力」がさらに求められ，「価値観の改革」や「自身の気づきを高める遠隔メンタリング」の重要性が示唆された。この取り組みを基盤として，コロナ禍における教師の音楽科授業における実践知の抽出を試みた。教師の実践知モデルの改訂版を提示し，実践知描出法として有効性を認められた再生刺激法について，これまでの音楽科授業における研究成果と方法論上の課題を整理した。これらを基盤として，行為の中でしか具現化し得ない次元の実践知描出法について二つの方法論を提案した。それは，①VRオンゴーイング法による実践知描出と分析，②オンゴーイング法と再生刺激法の併用による実践知描出と分析，である。さらには，音楽科としての教科的配慮事項にも触れながら，この二つの方法論の意義を考察した。近年注目されるウェルビーングを俎上に載せ，音楽科においても「個人と場（集団）の学びのバランス」「こころの充足と納得解」に配慮した音楽活動における教師の実践知について検討した。「個人」「集団」「こころの充足」「納得解」を切り口に，近年，中央教育審議会（以降，中教審と略す）が強調する「日本型ウェルビーング」も視野に入れ，今後のわが国の音楽科授業デザインを展望した。さらには，しなやかな学校音楽教育のあり方を模索するべく，しなやかさを「柔軟性・多様性・創造性」ということばに置き換え，これらをキーワードとして新時代における学校音楽教育のあり方に切り込んだ。
