本研究では，教職大学院の実務家教員たちが自らの教師や学校長等のキャリアを生かして教育実践研究を企画・運営するためにはツールが必要であることを踏まえ，「教職大学院の実務家教員が教育実践研究を点検・評価するためのルーブリックの開発」を研究目的に据える。研究初年度の令和四年度は，実務家教員による教育実践研究の特長と課題を再確認するために， 実務家教員による教育実践研究のうち，学会誌や大学紀要に掲載された論文のレビューに取り組んだ。全国の54の教職大学院から実務家教員（専任教員に限定）を２名ずつ，合計108名をランダムに抽出し，当該教員がインターネット上で公開している論文を収集した。学会発表の要旨などを除くと，88篇の論文が抽出された。88篇の論文を，「単著・共著」「論文のボリューム（４頁未満，５～12頁，13頁以上）」「論文スタイル（実践開発，実践・施策解説，調査，レビュー，その他）」「学術的研究知見の参照の有無」「行政文書の参照の有無」「セルフ・スタディ的アプローチの有無」「協働の有無」といった観点により，分類した。現在，分類結果を研究代表者・分担者間ですりあわせて確定し，統計処理を施している。例えば，「論文スタイルとしては『実践開発』が最も多く，40％弱を占める」「学術的研究知見よりも，行政文書の参照が多い」「研究の方法や実践の計画の叙述があいまいなケースが少なくない」といった結果が確認されている。今後，これらのレビュー結果をていねいに検討し，その知見を2023年度の日本教師教育学会の研究集会で報告する予定である。

This study is based on the research objective of "the research point and evaluation of the educational practice of teachers and administrators in teaching colleges". In the first year and fourth year of the study, the specialty of educational practice research by teachers was reconfirmed, and the achievements of educational practice research by teachers were published in the Journal of the Society and University. There are 2 teachers from 54 teaching colleges in the country, totaling 108. When the teacher is selected, the paper will be collected publicly. 88 papers were extracted from the main points of the Society's presentation. 88 papers,"Single author, total author,""Paper's origin (4 pages, 5~12 pages, 13 pages or more),""Paper's origin (practical development, practical policy explanation, investigation, investigation, etc.),""Academic research knowledge reference,""Administrative documents reference,""Cooperation,""Cooperation,""Cooperation," etc. Now, classification results can be determined and statistically processed between research representatives and contributors. For example,"the paper is the most common, 40% weak,""academic research knowledge is the most common, administrative documents are the most common,""research methods and implementation plan description is the most common," and the results are confirmed. In the future, the results of this review will be discussed in detail, and the results will be reported to the Japan Normal Education Association in 2023.
